LMDA offers delivery to your home or office anywhere in South Africa
Delivery options & estimated date will be presented to you in checkout based on your delivery address, the location of the stock, and the availability with our couriers.
Standard Delivery –
Main Centre: 3-5 working days @ R99.00
Regional: 4-7 working days @ R99.00
Saturday Delivery – not available for all orders
Main Centre – JHB, CPT, PTA only @ R450.00
Between 11am and 5pm
International Delivery Times and Costs
Our delivery fees for International deliveries are calculated at checkout . Shipping may take on average 5-10 business days depending on the destination country. Please also consult your own country policy with regard to incoming shipments restrictions. Custom Taxes and Vat
While we would love to make your order & shipping experience a seamless one and reduce any additional costs to you where possible, the buyer is responsible to pay any applicable duties, taxes and customs fees related to the import of your purchase to your destination country. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees in the destination country.
Why can I not get faster delivery?
We are focused on bringing our customers the best products available in SA. We collect all our orders directly from our suppliers who have kept your order stock aside for us
Our stock then comes to us from the suppliers where we will check your order, then package and arrange delivery to you, our customer. We will do everything possible to have your order delivered to you within the shortest possible time span.
When will I receive my order?
We will deliver your order by the estimated delivery date given in your order confirmation email.
You will also receive an email confirming the delivery and tracking details for your order. If this date changes or there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.
Please note that someone needs to be available to sign for your order, and we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking details for your order and you can also track your delivery via your account on our website
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
We will do our best to accommodate this request, please contact our client service department to arrange.
Can I choose a specific day for my delivery?
If you require delivery on a specific date, please note this in the comments section when checking out, and we will do our best to assist.
What happens if a product is missing from my delivery?
We take great care when packing and shipping orders, but mistakes do happen. Please contact our customer service department at email@example.com with your order number and we will assist.
