How do I buy on your site?

From the homepage:

  • Select a category that appeals to you.
  • Within the category you’ll find products on offer.
  • Once you choose a product you’ll be taken to the product review page for a more detailed description.
  • Select quantity, attributes (size, weight) and “add to your cart”. The mini cart will pop down confirming the addition and from here you can choose to continue shopping or checkout.
  • In checkout we’ll give you the opportunity to review your cart.
  • From here you can set up your account (if you’re a first time buyer) or go straight to the payment page (if you’ve bought before).

 

I need help placing my order

There are several convenient ways we can help you.
Call us on 066 043 5059 during office hours and we will be happy to assist, alternatively send us an email to support@lmda.co.za  

How can I make changes/cancel my order?

Please send an email to our customer services department support@lmda.co.za, with your order number, or cancel the order via your account on our Homepage. Please note that if the order has already been shipped, you will still be responsible for the delivery charges.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking details for your order  

Why do I need to open an account ?

We require customers to open an account, which is quick and easy to do, to limit potential fraudulent purchases.

You will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your LMDA account:

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Request your return or exchange directly from your account
  • Build a customised Wish List to create personalized outfits that you can email to friends and family
  • Add sold out items to your Wish List so you can see if more stock arrives
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
  • Manage your account details, address book and email preferences

To create an account, simply click on SIGN IN and then REGISTER NOW to fill in your details.

I have forgotten my password

How do I know my order has been successful?

You’ll receive an immediate confirmation for your order, you’ll also receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provide.
