60-minute Mind (life coaching) and Body (yoga) Session

When we are focusing on the mind, moving the outer world has huge repercussions.
Connecting the mind and body has incredibly positive effects on overall well being. These sessions allow you to decide if you want to have 30 minutes of coaching and 30 minutes of yoga, and when you arrive next time you can switch it up for more or less movement, the space is yours to intuitively get what your mind and body need.
