Returns and Refunds

What is your return and exchange policy?

Bought it but don’t love it? That’s OK. We’ve all been there.

Our hassle-free return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us within 7 days and we will either refund you or exchange the items, please note that the item/s must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Delivery fees are not reimbursed and items will need to be returned to our Head office  in Cape Town within the 7 day period. We can also arrange for our couriers to collect the return on your behalf, the transport cost will be for deducted from your refund amount

Unfortunately we cannot exchange or issue a refund for the following

    • an intimate product, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuit, underwear or jewellery for piercings, which for hygienic and public health reasons may not be returned; or

  • a product which has been personalised for you or made to your specifications; 

 

Want to exchange?

Certain purchases can be exchanged for a different size or colour variation, provided that such variation is available. In such a case, we will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product to you at no charge. If such variation is not available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

 

The item I have received is not what I ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the website, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).

 

My order has been delivered and is damaged

While our Courier partners are generally very careful with our deliveries, occasionally damages do occur, should a product be damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery either by logging a return on the website or contacting our customer services department.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement). Alternatively, we will refund you if that is your preference.

 

When can I expect to receive my refund?

We only refund to the payment method that you originally used, and this will only be processed after we have received the item/s and they have been checked. Once processed, refunds can take up to 7 days to appear in your account. Delivery costs are not refunded, unless you received the wrong items, or the items are faulty / damaged.
